Sign in and secure your account

Activate your account

An operator onboards the first organization owner. An organization owner or administrator invites additional members. Ask that person for the approved workspace URL and account-setup instructions; do not use another person's account.

Set your password

Open the setup link shared through your organization's approved secure channel. Choose your own password. Celesnity does not provide a preset password.

Verify your email

Complete the email-verification link. A sign-in attempt with an unverified email can send a verification message; after verifying, return to the login page and sign in again.

Sign in to the workspace

Enter the same email address and your password. A valid identity alone is insufficient: your organization membership must also be active.

When MFA is required

If your organization requires MFA and you have not enrolled:

  1. Scan the displayed QR code with your authenticator app, or enter the secret manually.
  2. Enter the current six-digit code and select Enroll authenticator.
  3. After enrollment completes, return to sign-in.
  4. Sign in again and complete the authenticator challenge with Verify.

QR codes, manual enrollment secrets, passwords, and setup links are credentials. Do not include them in screenshots, chat messages, documentation, or support tickets.

New organizations in the MFA opt-in release start with MFA off. Existing organizations keep their requirement. An administrator can enable MFA for everyone; individual members cannot bypass an enabled policy.

Change your password or sign out

Open the account menu and choose Change password. Enter your current password, a different new password of at least 12 characters, and its confirmation. Additional tenant password rules may apply. Complete MFA if prompted. A successful change signs you out; sign in with the new password.

Choose Sign out from the account menu when you finish, particularly on a shared device. If it fails, retry instead of assuming the session has ended.

Common questions

Can I switch organizations? No. Contact your administrator if your account belongs to the wrong organization. Account removal and onboarding elsewhere are separate administrative actions, not a switcher.

I lost my authenticator or my setup link expired. Contact your administrator through an approved recovery channel. Self-service MFA reset and recovery codes are not part of this sign-in workflow.

I see local-development personas. Those are test accounts for a deliberately configured local environment, not the production sign-in flow.
